Shades
A long time Noir patron returns to Royal Oak to paint a graffiti “Lips” piece on Noir’s Center St. Outside Wall. “Shades” a world renowned graffiti artist has been shopping at Noir since the mid 90′s and rocking the Krylon since before it was illegal. We were thrilled when we found out he would be doing one of his pieces for us. The lips compliment are already stunning flame art work done by our own Kristi.
