1st Annual     Snap Judgment Photo Event Royal Oak Retailers Association (ROAR) is proud to present; Snap Judgment Photography Event!  Feb. 24-27th 2011.  Throughout Downtown Royal Oak, retail stores, restaurants and businesses will be displaying photography by local Detroit and national photographers.  Each Royal Oak business will feature a different photographer of their choosing.  All images will be from different photographer’s unique style, representing their personal world as each photographer sees it or a statement each photographer makes or conveys through their images.  Surprises Await, for each business will showcase a different photographer with their own perspective of their selected images. Photo exhibit will run from Fri. Feb 25th through Sun. Feb 27th 6pm On the night of the VIP Preview, Thurs.
