A long time Noir patron returns to Royal Oak to paint a graffiti “Lips” piece on Noir’s Center St. Outside Wall. “Shades” a world renowned graffiti artist has been shopping at Noir since the mid 90′s and rocking the Krylon since before it was illegal. We were thrilled when we found out he would be doing one of his pieces for us. The lips compliment are already stunning flame art work done by our own Kristi. 3/50 Project The 3/50 project is something we’re supporting obviously as a locally owned and operated shop. A Buy Michigan Now-like project supporting the brick and mortar shops this country was founded on. Whats the big deal? Everything about it is a big deal.
